Leading international business communications consultancy Instinctif Partners Middle East is consolidating the expansion of its service offering, by launching a new Content & Creative practice, responsible for advising on, developing and producing creative content across platforms and events. Its capabilities extend to Branding & Design; Content Development; Corporate Reporting; Creative Consultancy; Digital; Experiential Events; and Film & Animation. The establishment of the new practice follows an exceptional year of growth for Instinctif Partners Middle East, during which revenue increased by 58%.

The Content & Creative team comprises Febin Varughese and two new hires – Pablo Alday as Consultant and Abdul Mateen as Graphic Designer. The new practice will complement those of Financial Services & Capital Markets, Public Policy and Corporate Communications. The practice area has been introduced following a successful first quarter of 2018, with seven annual reports completed in both English and Arabic, along with one sustainability report, two films and three websites. These projects were delivered for NBK in Kuwait; DFM, ENBD REIT and RAKBANK in the United Arab Emirates; and Mobily, MEPCO and Tadawul in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Pablo Alday joins Instinctif Partners as a Consultant. He brings over 16 years of international experience including in Europe and the Middle East. He has previously worked in retail property and the real estate market, as well as food and beverage. Pablo joins Instinctif Partners from leading real estate management company Group 7 Properties in Dubai. He is an Executive MBA holder from IESE Barcelona, Spain.

Abdul Mateen is a proficient Arabic and English Graphic Designer with a 15-year track record in the advertising and media industry. Previously, Abdul worked for Fineline Advertising Agency in Dubai for 12 years as an Arabic Graphic Designer. Abdul has completed DTP software training from Computran Academy of System Technologies in New Delhi and  design courses for Arabic, English, Hindi and Farsi.     

In 2017, Instinctif Partners developed and produced more than 50 Annual Reports for clients globally, across a broad range of sectors including Energy, Financial Services, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Mining, Retail and Telecommunications.
