Azizi Developments recorded 97 per cent structural completion of Azizi Star with blockwork and internal plastering at more than 90 per cent. Nearly 80 per cent of HVAC work is done while tiling is almost 60 per cent complete. The second fix of MEP works is at 76 per cent and external works have also commenced with 8 per cent already being marked as finished. Almost one-third of the façade work and nearly 20 percent of the overall finishing is done.
