Due to the spread of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus and its continuing impact on air travel services globally, Etihad Airways continues to follow UAE and international government and regulatory authority directives and has implemented a series of consolidated network changes. This is also being carried out for the safety and convenience of its customers and staff, and to minimise operational disruption during this period. Bahrain’s Al Waha Fund of Funds (Al Waha) has announced a substantial investment in a new fund set up by San Francisco headquartered VC firm Lumia Capital (Lumia). In response, leading ERP data security provider Appsian has announced it will be offering consultation to organizations that fear disruptions to business continuity and are rushing to scope additional security solutions.

Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced that it will be managing remote e-voting for Annual General Meetings (AGMs) of companies listed on the Exchange free of charge. This move will enable a crucial aspect of AGMs to be carried out remotely and will apply to AGMs taking place from the 17th of March until the end of April 2020.
