  • AED 1.3 billion worth of real estate broker commissions in nine months 6,200 active brokers in Dubai’s real estate market

    Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced that over AED 1.3 billion worth of brokerage commissions were made in Dubai’s real estate market between the beginning of January 2017 and the end of September this year, with a total number of 6,200 active brokers working in Dubai’s real estate market.

  • AED 162 billion total of Dubai real estate transactions in 9 months

    In the latest report issued by Dubai Land Department (DLD), Dubai’s real estate market witnessed a continuous growth driven by optimism among investors and developers, where the market recorded 39,802 real estate transactions worth AED 162 billion from the beginning of the year till the end of September.

  • AED 21 billion worth of Dubai real estate projects launched since the beginning of 2017

    Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced that a total of 88 real estate projects have been launched from the beginning of 2016 until H1 2017. DLD has also confirmed that 68 real estate projects were registered during H1 2017, representing a value of AED 21 billion.
