    Zulekha Hospital has launched its new 24-hour Pediatric Emergency Department in its Sharjah hospital to treat pediatric medical emergencies. The Paediatric Emergency Department provides specialised care for childbirth and new-borns, and includes a 19-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a 3-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), pediatric surgery, pediatric cardiology and pediatric physiotherapy.

    Zulekha Hospital today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sharjah Health Authority (SHA) The aim of the MoU is to provide quality medical treatments at discounted rates to the Authority’s beneficiaries. This includes Sharjah Government employees, their dependents and retirees covered under insurance, elderly residents in the Emirate of Sharjah not holding insurance coverage and additionally UAE nationals based in the Emirate of Sharjah.


    Zulekha Hospital today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sharjah Social Services Department with the aim of improving the ease at which elderly people are admitted to the hospital. Zulekha Hospital is the first private hospital to sign this MoU, which stipulates that the Social Services Department shall route elderly people directly to Zulekha Hospital in Sharjah.
