Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University’s (HBMSU) Board of Governors has urged the university administrators to be relentless in their hard work in order to sustain HBMSU’s leadership among the top pioneers of smart learning and academic innovation and scientific research and excellence in the Middle East and the rest of the world. This is under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and President of the University. The call was made during the Board’s first meeting for academic year 2016/2017 in which discussions revolved around the importance of training programs in professional development, the university’s achievements, partnerships, international participations, prestigious awards and appreciations, and its valuable contributions to the ‘2016 Year of Reading’ national initiative.

The Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, an independent, research-driven graduate-level university focused on advanced energy and sustainable technologies, and the Japan International Collaboration Center (JICE), today announced that three UAE nationals have successfully completed a Japanese summer internship program that featured visits to integrated green developments, clean-energy projects, and cultural sites.
