Dubai is hosting a special kundalini yoga workshop to help participants overcome deep rooted fears. The class is based on the comprehensive system of Kundalini yoga that provides integrated experience of yogic knowledge, workouts, breathing exercises and meditations.


“The workshop aims to empower participants conquer their deep-rooted fears through utilizing the power of specific yoga and meditation exercises that help them overcome fear and find inner peace”, said Nizar Saab, the Kundalini Yoga Instructor teaching the class.

He added that fear prevents many people from taking action in daily life and making use of various opportunities that come across their way. He explained that stimulating specific energy centers in the body will help individuals gain access to massive amount of inner power lying dormant inside themselves.

“The practice includes various stretching exercises for lower back and thighs, deep breathing patterns and energy meditations to help participants overcome their fears in a smooth and gradual way keeping in mind the different needs of each individual”, he added.

Kundalini yoga is the most powerful form of yoga that increases vitality, enhances health and facilitates energy flow.

The research shows that Kundalini yoga gives faster results up to 16 times in comparison with other forms of yoga.

The Kundalini yoga class starts by chakra breathing followed by introduction to Kundalini yoga and chakra system, working with specific chakras (energy centers), yoga sets, Mudras (hand positions), Bandhas (body locks to facilitate energy flow), breathing exercises including yogic breathing and others, meditation on specific chakras.

The class is taught by the leading Kundalini Yoga Instructor Nizar Saab who has been practicing and teaching kundalini Yoga over the last 30 years. Nizar is also the founder of the Awakening Meditation (AM) technique, the simple and easy technique to reduce stress and anxiety, practiced for only 5 minutes per day, with eyes closed or open, while sitting, or lying down, or walking, or standing. Awakening Meditation allows the individual to enjoy a relaxing and soothing experience while maintaining ongoing access to unlimited source of power and creativity.

The workshops will be starting from Saturday, 15 October 2016, 7.00-8.10 pm at DS2dio, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) - Cluster T - between 1 Lake Plaza Tower and Pullman hotel- Parking Level.
