The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, which will be held from 4-9 February 2020, has today unveiled a limited time offer for the ultimate Weekend Pass. For the first time ever, Festival fans will have a chance to explore all the exciting general sessions*, all weekend, with one ticket, for only AED 499.
The Weekend Passes will save around 30 per cent off the individual ticket price, but for one week only can be bought with a further 20 per cent off, representing savings of 50 per cent. This 2020 offer will apply to the first 20 Passes sold before 20 October.
Ahlam Bolooki, festival director said: “We are very excited about these brand-new Passes. They offer great value and the additional early bird discount amounts to an amazing 50 per cent off the full weekend. We know that once our line-up is announced the tickets will be snapped up, so we are releasing the Passes early to give our Festival fans the chance to get ahead. It will help people make the most of their Festival experience and it is a wonderful opportunity to try something different and discover something new.”
The range of Festival Passes, which go on sale today for one week, also includes Day Passes for Friday 7 and Saturday 8 February, priced at AED 299, which represent a 15 per cent discount on the cost of individual tickets. There is also a very limited number of Pfaasses available which include lunch at the exclusive Anise restaurant at the InterContinental, Dubai Festival City, the venue for the Festival events, at an additional supplement of AED 100.
The full line-up for the Festival will be announced in mid-November, when tickets for all sessions go on sale. It is expected that more than 130 writers will be appearing at the 2020 event, which is the largest and best loved celebration of the written and spoken word in the Arab world.
The 2020 offer, which gives an additional 20 per cent off the Weekend Passes, is available for one week only from 12 noon Sunday 13 October and is only available to the first 20 purchasers of the Weekend Pass.
All passes are personal and cannot be shared. They give unlimited access to all general session for the day purchased. Workshops, Masterclasses and Special Events are not included with any pass.
