The Oberoi, Dubai has collaborated with to present two weeks of display of art on the occasion of UAE’s 50th National Day. 

Ms. Leena Kewlani, Founder of quoted that we want to showcase the unity of the UAE, where all our children & adult artists of different nationalities are celebrating the spirit of the UAE through art. We are truly grateful that Punjab Grill and Oberoi, Dubai management supports such wonderful initiatives to encourage art and the overall purpose of indifference.   

This year, we have invited children and adults of multiple nationalities to showcase their Heart.Felt. artworks.     

Mr. Karim Bizid, General Manager of The Oberoi, Dubai expresses his happiness for this wonderful art display week where 50 years of progress, love, and glory are being portrayed through art. We wish everyone a happy 50th UAE National Day on behalf of our Ladies and Gentlemen! Forever, one heart, one nation.     

This unique display of art was inaugurated on 28th November by Mr. Khalil Abdulwahid Hassan, an Emirati artist who loves to connect the youth to the Emirati culture and works at the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, along with Mr. Ahmad Al Awadhi, known as Rukni, a Businessman and an Emirati artist at the Punjab Grill – A modern fine dining Indian restaurant.

Mr. Khalil Abdulwahid Hassan quoted “It is lovely to have so many nationalities of kids and professional artists, representing beautiful thoughts through their artworks”. It is a wonderful collection of art at The Oberoi, Dubai to discover art that is close to Emirati culture and marks the significance of 50 years of the UAE.

The exhibition features 10 child artists, aged 4 years to 9 years - Maitha Al Falasi, Lulwah AlThaqafi, Alma Islam, Kaya Ghazal, Kaia Kawas, Aara Dembla, Naryan Sharma, Riley Ebelthite, Huiran Li & Noor Sharma. Their paintings are on display at Punjab Grill, lobby level of The Oberoi. The exhibition also features adult artists Ghia Haddad, Maria Munteanu, Sumedha Goel, Thomas Lenz & Margarita Kunizheva, and their paintings can be viewed in front of Nine 7 One.

The display of art will run from November 28th to December 12th, 2021.
