With the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), in consolidation of its humanitarian community initiatives, is promoting the spirit and values of giving among society members. Following 2020’s ‘Ramadan Heroes’ campaign that honored labourers in Dubai, the Authority is launching the second, expanded version of this campaign, which will also include support for needy families across the emirate, in cooperation with its partners talabat, Emirates Red Crescent Authority (ERC) and UAE Food Bank.

Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, is hosting the world’s largest Banksy exhibition supported by Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture). “The World of Banksy” will be the largest Banksy exhibition in the world, revealing 120 recreated pieces of Banksy’s most inspirational works to art connoisseurs and cultural explorers alike. All Banksy's worldwide exhibitions are unauthorised, with the artist proclaiming that he encourages anyone to 'copy and borrow' his art.

Wife of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's representative  in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), Her Highness Sheikha Shamsa bint Hamdan bin Mohammad Al Nahyan, Chairman Assistant of the ERC for Women’s Affairs and Chairperson of Ataya Higher Committee, today announced that Ataya, in the "Year of the 50th", will begin its second decade with more creativity and innovation in the field of humanitarian work and adopting further initiatives to help make a difference in communities across the world. She added that Ataya has become a hallmark in building and developing the efforts for society enablement, whilst enhancing the role of individuals to create positive change via initiatives and programs in the areas of health, education, and infrastructure.
