The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department opened a new branch – the fourth, in the premises of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Department of Economic Development at Dibba Al-Hisn city.
The move, directed by His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, was followed up by H.H Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council.
H.E Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, said the new branch is in line with the Government of Sharjah’s decentralization efforts.
“It is aimed to ease customers and investors' suffering, satisfy their needs wherever they are, and provides them with quick services.”
All the real estate registration services, including sales, concessions, mortgages, as well as property certificates and ownerships for all residents in the city, are available at the new centre, he added.
“The new branch is to encourage real estate investments in the emirate, giving a boost to the department's incessant efforts to better serve citizens and residents, open new horizons for investors, and save their time, effort and money.”
Al Shamsi said the department has seen a quantum leap in the electronic services it provides for the developers and investors. “These smart services link the department with the entities involved in the emirate, and facilitate investors' transactions.”
