Dubai Smart Government Department (DSG) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government. Under the MoU, the government partnership will be bolstered through exchange of knowledge and best practices at all levels and the streamlining of corporate communication channels between the two organizations.

Ministry of Health Undersecretary H.E. Dr. Muhammad Salim Al Olama recently received at his office in Dubai a delegation from Finland led by H.E. Lenita Toivakka, Minister of Foreign Trade and Development, and Finnish Ambassador to the UAE Rita Swan. Both parties met to discuss optimal ways to improve their cooperation in several areas of the health sector, including healthcare services, preventive health measures, exchange visits, open exchange of expertise, and development of advanced solutions for more integrated health systems.

In line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for Dubai government entities' services to be ready round the clock, Dubai Smart Government Department (DSG) has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE), under which DSG will provide technical support to the electronic and smart shared services provided to MRHE.

H.E. Ahmad Bin Humaidan, Director General of Dubai Smart Government Department (DSG), and H.E. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), have signed a memorandum of understanding. Under the terms of this MoU, DSG will provide the necessary support for the package of electronic and smart shared services which the DEWA will benefit from and also specify the levels of support and priority-based response period as necessary to fulfil the leadership's vision of combining efforts to fulfill Dubai Vision 2021 and the ultimate goal of bringing happiness to customers.

The Ministry of Health has announced that its Human Resources and Nursing Departments is participating in the Healthcare Recruitment and Training Fair at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre to attract highly qualified UAE medical staff and show support for the profession. Leading institutions from the government and private sectors in the UAE and the rest of the Arab region are taking part in the prestigious regional recruitment and training exhibition organized to offer promising employment opportunities to Emiratis, especially for nursing and midwifery graduates.
