The Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA) and the Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Friday 26 May, marking the launch of increased collaboration between the two organisations in promoting best practice in Investor Relations (IR) in Lebanon.

The Friends for Diabetes Association, of the Health Education Department of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah has donated AED200 thousand to back the diabetics charity clinic located at the headquarters of Emirates Red Crescent- Sharjah.

Arabia CSR Network, the Middle East region’s leading training service provider and think tank, will be holding a one-day clinic for applicants and potential participants of the annual ‘Arabia CSR Awards,’ the region’s most prestigious CSR awards, to support them in preparing their applications. Perspectives for the Energy Transition: Investment Needs for a Low-Carbon Energy Transition, launched on the occasion of the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue, presents the case that increased deployment of renewable energy and energy efficiency in G20 countries and globally can achieve the emissions reductions needed to keep global temperature rise to no more than two-degrees Celsius, avoiding the most severe impacts of climate change.
