In celebration of Eid Al Adha, GIA will be introducing a Black Cod a la carte menu, starting Friday August 9th until Saturday August 17th. With an exclusively curated lunch and dinner menu to remember, GIA welcomes all dinners on this joyous occasion to enjoy an indulging variety of flavorful Italian dishes that include the delicate black cod.

The a la carte menu features a flavoursome range of appetizers and main courses, specially curated for this special occasion. The starters include the Arancini allo zafferano e merluzzo nero, a saffron arancini with black cod and arrabbiata sauce. Or opt for the Merluzzo nero su carpaccio di barbabietola, a beetroot carpaccio with black cod and a delectable portobello mousse.

With a choice of three main courses, that include an array of flavours, the black cod menu features the Risotto alla barbabietola e merluzzo nero, a beetroot risotto served with roasted black cod and Italian gremolata. Or opt for the incredibly tantalizing Merluzzo e tagliolini neri, a homemade squid ink Tagliolini topped with black cod and citronelle sauce. Consisting of a delicious balsamic glazed black cod, 5 legumes and a basil pesto sauce, the Merluzzo nero ai 5 legumi is guaranteed to satisfy your taste buds and liven up your day.
