Italian restaurant Verso prepares to take Saturday brunch to the next level, presenting a gourmet buffet ‘The Italian Way’. It’s a concept dedicated to ‘Famiglia’ time, whether the real deal or friends who feel like family.

Verso’s fresh, wholesome brunch showcases tasty dishes packed full of flavour, prepared by our talented team of chefs. A mix of favourites cooked at multiple, interactive live stations invite taste buds on a captivating tour of Italy. The Saturday feast includes a variety of entrées featuring Seafood on Ice and Eggplant Parmigiana, followed by main choices such as Lamb Shank Ragout on Creamy Polenta and Oven Fresh Assorted Tray Pizza. Those with a sweet tooth will relish the sumptuous dessert spread, including a selection of homemade gelato with condiments, assorted delicacies from the dessert counter and more treats in store.
