To start the year on a fresh and tasteful note, Clinton St. Baking Company has compiled a special menu filled with new variations of their signature items ranging from savory to sweet. Customers can choose from a new selection of eggs, pancakes, and waffles to satisfy their breakfast cravings. From two special benedicts to a selection of fluffy pancakes and crispy waffles, the Specials Menu includes something for everyone, whether you are craving something sweet or salty.

The January Specials Menu includes:

Eggs Benedict:

Salmon Latke Benedict AED 75.60:  Crispy potato pancake, house smoked salmon, poached eggs, herbs, hollandaise sauce and caviar 
Soft Shell Crab Benedict AED 94.50: Buttermilk Marinated fried soft shell crab, sliced tomato, sliced avocado, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce topped with paprika and chives.

Pancakes (AED 68.25):

Raspberry Chocolate Pancakes: Fresh raspberries, chocolate chunks, raspberry caramel sauce and warm maple butter.
Blackberry Lemon Curd Pancakes: Fresh blackberries, lemon curd, blackberry sauce, lemon zest and warm maple butter.
Maple Pecan Pancakes: Candied Pecans, vanilla whipped cream and warm maple butter.
Strawberry Shortbread Pancakes: Fresh strawberries, strawberry sauce, lemon shortbread crumble, vanilla whipped cream and warm maple butter.

Waffles (AED 68.25):

Candied Pecans and Salted Caramel Waffles: Candied pecans, salted caramel sauce, vanilla whipped cream, icing sugar and warm maple butter.
Raspberry and Chocolate Waffles: Fresh Raspberries, 54% dark chocolate chunks, vanilla whipped cream and raspberry caramel sauce.
Banana and Passionfruit Curd Waffles: Passionfruit curd, fresh bananas, candied almonds and passion fruit whipped cream.
