COYA Dubai and COYA Abu Dhabi will ring in the festive season with special holiday inspired additions to the famous Latin American menu curated by COYA’s Head Chef. The selection of delightful choices are made with the freshest of ingredients accentuating COYA’s signature taste, texture and presentation.

Guests can enjoy three delectable festive dishes including ‘Pollo Ala Brasa’ – Spit roast chicken, Aji Mirasol, creamed corn, confit black cabbage, ‘Carne Asada’ – Grilled Flank steak, ahi panca, beef fat roasted potatoes, chimichurri and ‘Passionfruit Yule Log’ - Passion and chocolate Yule log, chicha macerated cherries, chicha sorbet.

The festive menu is available to pre-order for dinner at COYA Dubai and COYA Abu Dhabi from 23th  – 26th December.

On December 25th COYA Dubai will host a festive brunch.
