On the 27th February, renowned Italian and two-star Michelin Chef, Enrico Bartolini returns to Roberto’s Abu Dhabi with a one-night-only menu, featuring the finest of Italian cuisine.

The exclusive one time only special menu will include an array of unique dishes hand designed for the occasion, paired with 5 exclusive AVANTCHA organic tea served by tea sommelier and a selection of four MONTE VIBIANO Italian wines all for AED 535 per person.

At the end of the five-course a la carte experience, guests will be the judges by evaluating each dish – having the chance to review a 2-star Michelin Chef. The dishes that are rated the highest, will be added to Roberto’s beloved summer menu.

Born in Pescia, Italy, Chef Enrico Bartolini is recognized around the world, not only because of his culinary intuition and creativity, but because he’s also Italy’s youngest two Michelin star chef.

Bartolini received his first Michelin star when he was just 29 years old and the second followed four years later, at 33, along with three Gambero Rosso forks and three L’Espresso Guide chef hats. In China, he also won the final of the highly regarded culinary event “Greatest Chef China Italy Edition”. He has also been crowned “Chef of the Year” by the Identità Golose 2016 Guide Book.
