Citywalk’s favourite hangout, IZU Brasserie & Bakery has made some exciting new additions to its menus for 2019. Chef Izu’s eponymous restaurant in Le BHV Marais at City Walk is the perfect place to meet up with friends for a casual coffee, a leisurely breakfast, an afternoon snack, dinner with friends – or any time in between.

One to try: Grilled Seabass with prawns

New to the menu is Grilled Seabass with prawns and squid ink tagliolini with a creamy saffron sauce.

Can’t decide between fresh fish or Chef Izu’s famous homemade pasta? With this delightful dish you get the best of both worlds with deliciously succulent crispy skin seabass, sweet and saline prawns and full-bodied squid ink tagliolini to add some drama to the composition – all rounded off beautifully with a saffron sauce the colour of sunshine.
