Hoi An has enhanced its dinnertime offering with Super Sapa, an all-you-can-eat menu featuring authentic Vietnamese delicacies available from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., Wednesdays to Mondays.

Super Sapa offers the perfect solution for anyone who wants to enjoy both a relaxed atmosphere and discover some good food. Ta Van Ninh, chef de cuisine at Hoi An, has designed the new menu inspired by the wholesome, homely meals cooked in the kitchens of the Sa Pa region in northwest Vietnam.

The dishes take diners to the picturesque mountainous landscape of the trekking town, and introduces them to the culture of ethnic tribes through a warm bowl of pho as served at the Sapa Market.  People who have a special passion for gastronomy are encouraged to stop at Sapa Town on their tour of Vietnam. With this dinner, Hoi An invites local epicureans to explore the top street food of Sapa.

The selection of appetisers include creatic dishes like Banana Blossom Salad with Chicken and Grilled Minced Duck in Cha Plu Leaf.  Mains include a choice of fresh Vermicelli Noodles served with Fresh Herb and Chicken, Steamed Fish with Green Ginger and Soya Sauce, and Sautéed Diced Beef.  Completing the meal on a sweet note is an array of traditional desserts like Roasted Banana with Coconut Ice Cream and Vietnamese Sticky Rice Cake with Ginger Sugar Syrup and Coconut Sauce.

“With our Super Sapa dinner, we aim to give our guests a surprising, enriching and delightful culinary experience.  We have created at this early-dinner concept to resemble a private dinner party by recreating the atmosphere of a cosy gathering,” said Chef Ta Van Ninh.
