Healthy eating during Ramadan is crucial when it comes to breaking your fast. With The Daily restaurant’s special edition Vegan Iftar Menu, curated by the masterful plant-based chef Zendy Marsam and Dubai Vegan Days with a helping hand from Rootz Organics, breaking your fast the healthy way never tasted so good.

Healthy Rovers can indulge in an Iftar with a difference – a Vegan dining experience, based on optimum health principles, that focuses on pacing yourself while enjoying deliciously nutritious food and making the most of the time spent in the company of beloved family and friends. Under the expert guidance of Chef Zendy, Rovers will break their fast with a Date Medley, featuring water, dates, pistachio-stuffed date, and date with orange & pecan.

A Fluid Replacement Course will follow – an excellent way of preparing the stomach for the rest of the meal. This important course features a wonderful selection of nutrient-rich soups, smoothies and nutritional shots, before the Salad & Vegetable Course, which includes Rove’s Salad Buffet, to really get those taste buds ready for the next course.

For the main event, diners will be able to tuck in to an outrageously tasty Grains & Protein Course – the perfect source of energy and fibre for the body. A Main Course Platter, including roasted tempeh with smoked BBQ sauce, a mushroom, barley and okra stew, along with jackfruit curry with millet, spiralised salad with sesame dressing, mixed green leaves, steamed edamame with Himalaya salt, vegan tzatziki, cucumber ribbons, and cherry tomatoes. To top off a truly fantastic vegan Iftar feast, Rovers can enjoy a mouth-watering Dessert Course of raw chocolate orange cake and fresh watermelon.

Demand for The Rove Vegan Iftar Menu is anticipated to be high, so healthy Rovers are encouraged to book a table quickly and avoid missing out. Upon booking, please let our team of Rovesters know of any allergies or intolerances you may have. This unique Vegan Iftar feast is just AED 99 for adults and AED 49 for kids.
