Spa Cuisine

Centred on the philosophy that wholesome, organic, seasonal, local and nutritionally-dense ingredients are the basic building blocks of healthy cuisine and happy mind and body; Atmantan lovingly prepares these ingredients into supremely tasty, nourishing dishes by using light touch cooking techniques to enhance each element’s natural flavours.

Sourced from their very own organic farm, each day the Atmantan chefs take delivery of a box of fresh ingredients and decide what will be on the menus. They also use the seasonal fruits and edible flowers from around the property - such as sweet mangos, mini pineapples and chillies - resulting in creative cuisine that changes daily and is prepared beautifully - a true feast for the eyes and soul as well as for the body.

Atmantan’s three dining spaces are:

  • Vistara - meaning ‘spectacular view’, this is the main restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with indoor and outdoor seating
