The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 10.3 billion in total during the week ending 27 May 2021. The sum of transactions was 1,599.

148 plots were sold for AED 1.19 billion, 1,008 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.18 billion.

The top three transactions were a land in Burj Khalifa sold for AED 200 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 60 million in Al Thanayah Fourth, and a land sold for AED 200 million in Burj Khalifa in third place.

Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid recorded the most transactions for this week by 43 sales transactions worth AED 484.04 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fourth with 31 sales transactions worth AED 124.6 million, and Al Hebiah Third with 14 sales transactions worth AED 35 million in third place.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 510 million in Burj Khalifa, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 375 million in Marsa Dubai, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 100 million in Palm Jumeirah.

The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 3 billion, with the highest being a land in Dubai International Airport, mortgaged for AED 795 million.

63 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 4 billion.
