Banking, IT and Marketing Are Most Popular Industries Among UAE Job Seekers in 2022
The 2022 Top Industries in the MENA survey by Bayt.com, the Middle East's #1 job site, and market research agency YouGov, was conducted to help professionals understand current satisfaction levels within certain industries and make an informed decision about their future. The survey revealed that 58% of the UAE residents are satisfied with their work culture, followed by working hours (57%) and training and development (54%).
A third of Saudi and UAE employees think they have put highly sensitive data at risk in the past 12 months
Today, Western Digital, a leader in data infrastructure, releases data exploring the attitudes and behaviours of over 634 employees (data users) and employers (data managers) around highly sensitive data in the Middle East. Research found that 77 per cent of data managers believe employee behaviour is a bigger threat to their highly sensitive data than external hackers and that almost a third (32 per cent) of data security incidents originates with employees.
