The Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) has come together with the renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai (MEHD) to offer instruction and training around the specialty of ophthalmology at MBRU, which is a part of the core curriculum of undergraduate students at the College of Medicine, as well as offer medical students clinical rotation at MEHD. An affiliation agreement ratifying this collaboration was signed by Dr. Amer Sharif of MBRU, and David Probert and Elhadi Hassan of Moorfields Eye Hospitals in London and Dubai, on January 21st at the MBRU campus in Dubai Healthcare City.

Today, the International Humanitarian City (IHC), the global humanitarian hub created by the Government of Dubai as an initiative of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Wollongong in Dubai. The MoU allows both entities to work collaboratively to promote and mutually strengthen engagement with humanitarian work given the ever-changing needs of the sector from both an academic and field perspective.

Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) in Dubai signed today a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with United Eastern Medical Services (UEMedical) in Abu Dhabi, the parent organization of Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children, HealthPlus Network of Specialty Centers and Moorfields Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi. The MOU aims to train students from the College of Medicine in the group's hospitals and different centers, as well as allow for collaborations in different educational programs, and conduct specialized scientific research, organize scientific conferences and exchange experiences, and provide consultations in the academic and medical fields.

The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) and Coastal Carolina University in the United States have signed an agreement to stimulate cooperation and strengthen research, teaching and outreach to promote development, broaden international experiences and promote cross-cultural knowledge and understanding among students, staff and faculty.
