The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) organized a ceremony at its Dubai headquarters to celebrate the UAE's 51st National Day with patriotic fervor and in line with the country's cultural heritage.

The event, which was attended by a number of assistant undersecretaries, an advisor to the Minister of Health and Prevention, directors, staff, and several customers, the event kicked off with a speech by HE Dr. Salem Al Darmaki, Advisor to the Minister of Health and Prevention, during which he extended his warmest greetings to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, as well as to the Rulers and Crown Princes of the emirates and UAE citizens on occasion.

The Epic of the Union

Al Darmaki said the National Day is one of the most memorable occasions in the UAE as it celebrates the founding of a nation that has become a global role model while maintaining its national identity and authentic customs. Our country has been founded on noble values that formed the basis of our union. Thanks to the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the country's founding fathers.

"As we celebrate the union anniversary of our country, we feel overwhelmed with joy, happiness, and pride. The UAE has been and will remain a symbol of nations' development. It exceptionally realized successive achievements and developed unheard-of sustainable policies and strategies centering on the knowledge economy."

"The UAE today is a leader across many competitiveness indices globally and has become an indisputable role model and a preferred destination for talented people with novel ideas and intriguing businesses who look forward to living in a country that places a high value on peaceful coexistence and the rule of law. This would not have been possible had it not been for the UAE's wise leadership, which turned the UAE into an oasis of coexistence, tolerance, and openness," HE Dr. Salem Al Darmaki said.

The celebration, organized in collaboration with strategic partners, comprised a series of cultural events and activities, including a national parade by MoHAP staff in which cavalry participated. This is in addition to a motorcycle display by the Dubai Police.
