Sharjah Taxi, a subsidiary of Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah, distributed 15,000 Iftar meals during the holy month of Ramadan; 500 meals per day were issued to taxi drivers working across various regions of the emirate, with the aim of achieving the values ​​of benevolence and giving. The initiative was carried out in cooperation with Sharjah Charity International.

Sharjah residents and visitors will be in for exciting activities, offers, and promotions from the first day of Eid Al Fitr until the last day, with the launch of the "Eid Days" surprises initiative by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) as part of the 32nd Sharjah Ramadan Festival running in various cities and regions of the emirate.

Embracing the spirit of generosity during the holy month of Ramadan, RIF Trust, part of Latitude Group, one of the fastest growing international residency and citizenship by investment advisory firms, has distributed much needed iftar meal boxes to labourers within the emirate of Sharjah in collaboration with the Sharjah Charity International. This annual act of charity is part of RIF Trust’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) mandate dedicating both their time and resources to various charities, humanitarian efforts and community outreach programmes throughout the year.

A forum for cultural leaders organized by Yale University’s Institute for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage (IPCH) and led by Charlotte Ashamu, invited Manal Ataya, Director General of Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA) to share insight into the strategic vision of Sharjah that successfully developed strong cultural infrastructure and a flourishing arts scene over the past 4 decades.
