HE Dr. Mohammed Salim Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), stressed that the 51st National Day is an opportunity to recall and celebrate the UAE's milestones made over the years across all sectors.

"Thanks to these achievements, the UAE today is at the forefront of highly developed countries, and all that has been achieved over the past five decades was the result of the nation's strong union. The UAE, under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will confidently continue its journey towards building a brighter future in line with the "We The UAE 2031" vision and the UAE Centennial Plan 2071.

Speaking on the occasion of the UAE National Day, which falls on December 2 of every year, Al Olama emphasized that MoHAP is proud of its contributions to the country's comprehensive development progress. "We have developed a protective and flexible healthcare system that delivers world-class services within a convenient environment, improves the public's health, and enhances standards of living," Al Olama said.

"We very much look forward to further upgrading the UAE's health system by harnessing the latest technologies to provide medical services of top-notch quality, promote the readiness of all medical facilities and cadres to deal with health crises, and foster the competitive edge and quality of medical care. We promise our wise leadership to redouble efforts to take the country's excellence in the health sector to the next level," he added.
